It's that time of year again. We're proud to announce that the third issue of The Modern Producer is now available in print and online!
The biannual publication began in Winter 2017, and we're thrilled to have a few issues under our belt already. We've enjoyed producing content about relevant issues and news in the swine and poultry industries.
Our Winter 2018 issue focuses on women in the pork industry, featuring Maaike Campbell of Birnam Pork on the cover. We also talked with Jamee Amundson Eggers of the Iowa Pork Producers Association about the future of the industry, and met with Janae Metzger of Pig Hill to discuss onboarding barn employees. Several female producers, experts, and vets are featured throughout the publication.
