Finding the Right Solution For You

At New Standard, we do not believe in cutting corners or sacrificing quality for cost. It is our job to be honest with you and provide you with the best solution to improve your production.

The producer will decide what kind of system(s) will work best for them and their employees. We are here to guide you through that decision-making process while also providing our honest input. Whether you are looking for Sow Housing and Electronic Sow Feeding Systems, Hog Pen Panels, or Design and Support, we are here to assist you in making the right decision for you.

Sow Housing and Electronic Feeding

When designing any facility, new or a remodel, our first question is: “what does the pig need?” This question, or rather this mentality, governs the basis of everything we incorporate in the barn. Our team focuses on and understands what is needed and how to incorporate into our designs the social tendencies of swine, the pigs' traits, and the habits and patterns they will develop.

Penning and Gating

Polypropylene panels have a tight molecular structure which keeps bacteria from embedding into the surface, keeping your pigs safe from diseases that lock into traditional PVC panels. This tighter molecular structure also keeps the panels from breaking, bending, and eroding quickly. We custom fabricate all penning and gating solutions to fit each barn and to ensure you and your animals are able to move efficiently through the pens.

Design and Support

In the design phase, our team will sit down with you and all parties involved in the build or retrofit to talk about every detail of the project. We will have long conversations about the building process, barn management, production expectations, and any questions you have raised. Once the barn is up and running, the New Standard team will provide intentional support for the life of the barn. When you have operational questions or something breaks, we will be here to help.

Ventilation

Controlling air temperatures, moisture, dust and disease levels, and gas concentrations has a major impact on the health of your herd. We will equip you with a system that lets you easily control both the temperature and air quality in all areas of your barn through a central control panel or computer system. With clean air and temperature uniformity, you will be set up to negate illness and death loss.
